We are dedicated to informing children and adults with developmental delays
and/or disabilities and their families of service eligibility and options,
helping them make informed choices and access the most appropriate ones,
and assist them in obtaining the services and support they require.
Our ultimate goal is to connect people who need help with services and
support that best meet their needs. Kane and Kendall Counties and Hanover
Township of Cook County are in our primary service areas.
